I think he was just like his friends, I never felt bad for him, or like he was smarter then the rest of the bunch. He was just as sad and lonely and miserable. I wasn't a fan.

I'm glad we all stuck in there together and got through this book!Christiannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13146175642528437587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2262868923671684768.post-71171506148807316102011-10-01T13:11:55.925-07:002011-10-01T13:11:55.925-07:00hmm i have always wanted to read this!hmm i have always wanted to read this!khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12280510323058001105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2262868923671684768.post-14306977789180812392011-09-30T23:32:02.717-07:002011-09-30T23:32:02.717-07:00"But, am I supposed to like Sal? I think, though, we can like Sal, for two reasons. One - we know him. He's the narrator, we get to see more of his thoughts than anyone else's. Two - he's one of the few characters that shows growth. He finds love in the end, while Dean is still stumbling between his three girls. Not a ton of growth, but a little.

I'm sorry you found it tiring. I hope it didn't discourage you too much!Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10148297814666688033noreply@blogger.com
